What is the subscription term?

Pricing is based on a 1-year contract. You can cancel at any time and you subscription will not renew. Loyalty and engagement is built with consistency and time, we encourage partners to make a 1-year commitment to their strategy. 

We offer bi-annual and monthly billing options as well. Talk to sales for more detailed pricing relevant to your business. 

Do you offer a free trial?

Locorum offers a free 7-day setup period to allow for KYB and card approvals to be processed. When you book a demo, our team will take you through a comprehensive tour of the application and educate your team on relevant use cases. We also provide a minimum of 1 hour onboarding support and strategic guidance in launching the program. 

Can I change my plan later?

Absolutely, you can upgrade your plan at anytime during the year adding more programs or modules. Our sales team will assist with updating your subscription and recommend packages if they suit your needs. You can also downgrade your subscription anytime and the change will take effect at renewal. 

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you may cancel anytime. Locorum contracts are a minimum of 1 year and we ask you process your cancellation a minimum of 3 days before subscription renewal. When you cancel you will retain access to the product until your annual contract is up and your contract will not be renewed. 

We do not refund or pro-rate subscriptions that are cancelled mid-term. 

What happens to the money on cards if I cancel?

Once funds are loaded on a recipients card they are held in escrow with our card partner. The funds are the legal property of the cardholder and can not be accessed by you or Locorum. If your subscription ends, recipients will maintain full access to the funds of their card.
